Event Fundraising

Anyone who has organised a school fête or market day knows that cupcakes and exotic food are always a favourite.  Jumping castles and competitions are a staple.

We offer you a portrait booth selling top-quality photo prints and a healthy profit margin for your organisation.  You may choose a simple set of individual or group/family portraits or provide a theme for your event such as “Spring Fair”, “A Day on The Farm”, etc.

We can also photograph souvenir portraits for school dances, functions and corporate events.

We provide the photographer and all the equipment you need, including camera, lights, laptop, printer, optional frames and print consumables (paper, ink and packaging). You simply pay for consumables and a flat hourly fee for our service.  Your organisation retains any profits on photos sold.

You may wish to provide props, backdrops or a setting for themed photographs as well as some assistance with the operations.

Depending on attendance and the services chosen we can either process photos for pickup on the day or arrange delivery of photos at a later date.  We can return photos to your organisation (eg, to put into school bags) or post photo packs individually.

We can manage all payments and commissions with a full audit report at the end of the event.
